YEG Xmas Market
Information
Alberta Dreams is partnering with the YEG Christmas Market (ECM) at Fort Edmonton Park this season! We’re inviting individuals, and corporate and community groups to come out this holiday season and volunteer at the YEG Xmas Market!

Volunteer shifts will be outside at Fort Edmonton Park – the Christmas Market will ensure volunteers will have access to a warm volunteer hub with snacks and beverages, and thank-you packages including swag and festival passes.

Volunteers ages 10-15 are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Youth age 16+ are welcome to volunteer on their own.

We are looking for volunteers to cover shifts from November 29-December 21, 2025.
Volunteer Roles Available
Christmas Market Elves: Greet Visitors, provide directions, and help keep pathways and crossings safe.
Fire Marshalls: Keep fire stocked and ensure safety.
Venue Monitors: Keep lineups organized and assist guests with accessibility needs.

Shift Details:

Shifts will be approximately 3.5 hours. (8 hour shifts are also available upon request)

Festival hours are:

Thursdays 3:00pm-9:00pm
-
Fridays 3:00pm-10:00pm
-
Saturdays 12:00pm-9:00pm
-
Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
