What an incredible evening celebrating 40 years of impact, community, and Dreams coming true!
On November 1st, Alberta Dreams brought together an amazing community of families, volunteers, supporters, sponsors, current and former board members, executive directors, staff, and members of the public at Festival Place in Sherwood Park to mark this milestone anniversary.
The evening was filled with inspiring stories, meaningful moments, and a special Dream Reveal as we celebrated surpassing 40 Dreams and reflected on the countless lives touched by Alberta Dreams over the past four decades.
We were also honoured to present the Ruth Hicks Dream Maker Award, recognizing the incredible individuals who help make Dreams possible and carry forward the heart of our mission.
Canadian country artist Brett Kissel, took us on a musical journey through the last four decades with a special performances by Jessie Bird and Morgan Klaiber, celebrating the songs and memories that have shaped our lives along the way.
Most importantly, the evening was a celebration of the community behind every Dream. From the families whose lives have been touched by Alberta Dreams to the volunteers, donors, sponsors, and dedicated team members who make it all possible, this milestone belongs to all of you.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and has been part of our story over the last 40 years. Here's to celebrating how far we've come and looking forward to the many more Dreams still to come!
