Dream #1265

This bright‑eyed, playful, and courageous young boy has faced more challenges in his short life than most — yet he continues to shine with resilience, joy, and heart.

From the very beginning, he required extra care. Early medical and neurological challenges shaped his infancy, and as he grew, multiple diagnoses helped explain his physical and developmental differences. He lives with cerebral palsy, a complex brain condition, and epilepsy that once caused frequent seizures despite medication.

Finding stability early in life was not easy, but he was ultimately welcomed into a loving, permanent family who has supported him every step of the way. Today, he and his younger sister are growing up together in a safe, nurturing home — surrounded by love, advocacy, and unwavering support. His medical journey has been remarkable. He has undergone several major brain surgeries to help control seizures and support brain development. Complications led to a long hospital stay, followed by months of recovery where he had to relearn basic skills like talking, eating, and walking.

While he now has limited mobility and uses assistive equipment, his spirit is strong. He remains joyful, silly and endlessly positive. He loves making people laugh, brings warmth wherever he goes, and is deeply kind — especially toward his little sister. He loves being outdoors, playing at playgrounds, riding bikes, and exploring new places. Travel excites him, and he especially loves superheroes, animals, and big adventures fueled by imagination.

And now, he has a dream filled with magic.

His wish is a family trip to a fully accessible, inclusive resort created specifically for children with complex medical needs — a place where he can explore, play, and experience joy without barriers. This experience would give him and his sister the chance to make unforgettable memories together. Alberta Dreams is excited to help make this dream a reality with a family trip to Disney World and a stay at Give Kids the World Village.

For a child who continues to meet the world with courage, laughter, and determination, this dream will offer more than fun.

It will offer magic, connection, and memories to last a lifetime.
