Dream #1258

This young boy’s story began with a dramatic fight for life. Born at 32 weeks during the height of COVID‑19 and without a heartbeat, doctors worked for six long minutes to bring him back. Against all odds, he survived — and began writing a story defined by resilience.
Early seizures, weeks in the NICU, and an uncertain future eventually led to a diagnosis of dyskinetic bilateral cerebral palsy. He is mostly nonverbal, learning to communicate with an AAC device, and uses adaptive equipment to move with determination. Despite these challenges, he is joyful, curious, and deeply connected to his family.
His mom, has built a life for him and his brothers full of exploration. They camp every summer in a well loved tent trailer, turning every trip into a new adventure — lakes, playgrounds, road trips, and countless memories. He loves buttons and switches, remote‑control toys, swinging, boats, and anything that goes fast.
Now 5 years old, he has a dream that perfectly fits the spirit of their family.
His greatest wish is a tow‑behind RV — a warm, accessible, safe space that would allow them to travel farther, stay out longer, and explore places they’ve never been able to reach.
It will create a world of possibility: safe storage for medical supplies, room for his equipment, and the freedom to discover new places together.
For a family fueled by connection and adventure, this isn’t just an RV. It’s years of memories, independence, and joy under open skies and Alberta Dreams can't wait to help make this dream come true.
