As a former Dream recipient, working with Alberta Dreams is a full circle moment for Ella. When she was five years old, she experienced her own Dream, an experience that left a lasting impact and continues to shape her passion for giving back today. After recently graduating with a degree in Human Resources, Ella brings experience working with non profit organizations that support children and families affected by disabilities and medical challenges, along with involvement in event planning and coordination. Growing up with Treacher Collins Syndrome and hearing loss, she has always been driven by advocacy, inclusion, and creating spaces where children feel seen, supported, and empowered.
